The idea behind Tealianna’s brand: Dreams 2 Reality

Spinelli states that the brand ‘Dreams 2 Reality’ has been her idea when she was 13 years old. She didn’t know what she wanted it to be. However, Tealianna knew she wanted a brand that can give people hope and show them that one’s dreams can turn into reality if they decide to work hard. ‘I’m still currently in the process of getting it out there more since it is still pretty new.’ marks Spinelli.

Spinelli’s journey towards success

Tealianna says that she never knew what she was going to do for a career. However, her parents are very entrepreneurial. So, she realized that she would never work for someone else as she saw how much success her parents had. In March 2020, Spinelli started working in a network marketing company. She was pretty successful in it. However, Tealianna wanted to explore more opportunities.

Hence, in July 2020, she came across a company called IM Academy. At present, Spinelli partners with the IM Academy. She felt that she made the wrong decision because Spinelli did not witness success as fast as she did in her previous company. Later, she went to her very first network marketing event in Dallas, Texas. After meeting her mentors, Kerry Linney, Cash Cartier, and Drake Denison, Tealianna realized that her purpose was to help people get out of their situation.

Spinelli explains that the IM Academy is an entrepreneurial platform. They help people find their purpose and make money online in multiple different ways. The best part about the academy is that they have apps that act as cheat sheets to help one understand how to earn money while they are first learning. ‘If you know how to copy and paste, you have the potential to make money.’ says Tealianna.

The inspiration behind Spinelli’s business venture

Tealianna mentions that her parents are an inspiration for her. In addition, she wanted to start her business because she wanted to establish a name for herself to lead others to where they want. Spinelli also thanks her mentors for guiding her through the most crucial times of entrepreneurship.

Spinelli says that she will become a first-generational millionaire who takes care of her family, travels the world, and impacts thousands of people. She also wishes to donate to multiple LGBTQ+ charities.

Tealianna wants to improvise the mindset that people have towards the LGBTQ+ community. ‘We are all human. Even though the United States accepts the LGBTQ+ community, many countries don’t accept it. So, I want to be able to change that.’ marks Spinelli
